Refund and Returns Policy

We CNC That – 30 Day, Hassle Free Return Policy

At We CNC That, our goal is to provide you with a positive experience and we stand behind the quality of our products. All of our products include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know and we will issue a refund or send you a replacement promptly (if available). 

To start your Refund or Return please email us at customercare@wecncthat.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.

Eligibility:

The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return or request a replacement, email us at customercare@wecncthat.com. Be sure to include:

Name, Order Number, Reason for Return, and attached photos if item is defective on arrival.

Return Shipping:

Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping costs may be covered by We CNC That or the customer.

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: we will  initiate the refund promptly but  timeframes for processing  can vary by financial institution.

Refunds and Replacements:

If the return is approved, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement of the same item (if still available).

Refunds will include the purchase price of the item and any applicable taxes but exclude original shipping costs.

Replacements will be shipped out promptly, subject to availability.

Exclusions:

Gift cards are excluded from any return or exchange policy.

We reserve the right to deny a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging.

Returns initiated outside of  the 30-day period may not be accepted.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.
